The Cascades Park residential development consists of two neighborhoods: Potomac Lakes and Lowes Island. The development provides residents miles of walking and biking trails, four community centers, three swimming pools, 12 tennis courts, 11 multipurpose courts, and 21 tot lots. Public soccer fields and softball/baseball fields are also within the community, and riverfront access to the Potomac River is available at Algonkian Regional Park.

The CountrySide property lies in eastern Loudoun County, nine miles east of Leesburg, on the southern terraces of the Potomac River, about 12 miles above Great Falls.
